Anticipation Guide Responce

A life lived with fear is a life half lived.
I agree with the statement listed on top. My opinion is that if you are afraid of something or someone you are not going to enjoy your life. Having fear as background of every action you make, especially when you make a decision, is going to obstruct and restrict your actions. Therefore, you cannot revel the real pleasures of life, or even live your own life the way you wish to live it.
Ignorance is bliss.
I think that it is true, ignorance is indeed most of the times a bliss. For example, not knowing about something bad happening, is good because you won't be informed and won't really worry about that, so you can continue your life. Some people are scared of going to the doctor to make health exams because they are afraid of knowing there is something wrong with them, and prefer living without knowing if they are fine with their health, so that they won't get distressed about that.
Another example is with people at their job. If their jobs have financial or other problems and people don't know that, the people working there will work normally because they are not going to know anything and wont get stressed out about that.
It's better to take chances and lose than to never take a chance.
I personally believe that taking chances and losing is better that not taking any chances. You can never be sure if it's going to be a success whenever you take a chance, but you still have to try because you never know, but if you don't try at all you are not going to benefit on anything for sure. If you like a girl/guy and you want to do something with that person but you are scared to ask, it is never going to happen because the other person will not know that you are interested. If you told her that you like her you would have a chance of her saying yes to you, and even if she doesn't, you will know next time to never hit on her again! If you didn't say anything you would never get to know if she likes you too, and never get to go out with her. As an ancient Greek philosopher said once: An unexamined life is not worth living!
